I sauntered into my first American Kenpo Karate dojo over 4 decades ago. This was the Rod Martin offshoot of Tracys Kenpo, which had broken from Ed Parker Kenpo Karate. Therein lies the first problem with the art of American Kenpo.

The South Carolina Gamecocks offense didn’t look particularly sharp in their season opening contest at North Carolina State. Of course with the way their defense was playing, they didn’t have to be. Brian Maddox scored on a one yard run in the first quarter for the only touchdown of the game as the Gamecock defense completely shut down the Wolfpack offense en route to a 7-3 South Carolina victory. The win gave the Gamecocks their second straight season opening victory over North Carolina State–South Carolina won 34-0 in Columbia to start the 2008 football season.

Judy Garland famously said in her role as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz that theres no place like home. The Toronto Argonauts would likely take issue with that sentiment. On Friday night, the Argos lost a close one to the Calgary Stampeders at the Rogers Centre by a final score of 23-20.

Paintball barrels are one of the important parts in playing the paintball game. For the aiming of the paint balls this barrel is used and also for controlling the gas pocket. This gas pocket is usually present at the back of the paintball barrel. Since there are different sizes of paint balls, this barrel bore are also available in different sizes.
